`X-Dexra-Plan`	covered calls	The plan that covered the call, or free.
`X-Dexra-Calls-Remaining`	covered calls, quota_exceeded	Credits left today.
`X-Dexra-Subscription`	calls paid per call	Why the account did not cover it: quota_exceeded, plan_required (Free does not include batches or long feeds), email_unconfirmed, inactive.
`X-Dexra-Credits-Needed`	quota_exceeded	Credits the call needs; a 6-credit analysis can be refused while cheaper calls still pass.
`Retry-After`	429, 503	Seconds to wait before retrying.
`X-RateLimit-Limit`	429	Requests a second allowed for the account.
`Payment-Required`	402	Base64 JSON of the x402 payment requirements.
`Payment-Response`	paid calls	Base64 JSON of the settled payment.
