Account API

An agent can read its own account with its key:

Endpoint	Returns
`GET /account`	Plan, what covers calls today (access), credits used today, keys and limits.
`GET /account/usage?days=30`	Credits used per day, as far back as the plan shows.
`GET /account/calls?limit=25&tool=<name>`	The call log, newest first: tool, arguments, verdict, summary, credits, status. Page with before=<id>.
`GET /account/calls/summary?days=30`	Calls, credits, errors and average time per tool.
`GET /account/events`	Payments, trials and granted days.
`GET, POST /account/watches`	List and create watches; see Watches and webhooks.
`PATCH, DELETE /account/watches/<id>`	Pause or resume ({"enabled": false}), or delete a watch.
