Terms of service
Last updated October 16, 2026. Questions: support@dexra.dev.
The service
Dexra provides analysis of Solana launches, tokens, wallets, pools, perp markets and planned swaps over an MCP server and a REST API, a cabinet to manage an account, and watches that notify a webhook when something changes. By creating an account or calling the API you accept these terms.
Not financial advice
Answers, verdicts, scores and flags are automated readings of on-chain and market data. They can be incomplete, late or wrong, and they are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. You and your agents decide what to trade; Dexra is not responsible for trading decisions or their results.
Accounts and API keys
- You need a valid email you can receive mail at. One person or organisation may not run several accounts to multiply free credits or trials.
- Keep API keys secret. Calls made with your keys count as yours; revoke a key in the cabinet as soon as it may have leaked.
- We may disable an account that abuses the service: circumventing limits, attacking the service, reselling access to the API without agreement, or using it for anything unlawful.
Plans, credits and payments
- Prices, daily credits, rate limits and trials are shown on the plans page and in the docs, and can change for future periods. A running period keeps the terms it was bought with.
- Plans and single calls are paid in USDC on Solana. A payment is final once confirmed on chain and is not refunded; see the refunds page.
- With autopay, your wallet approves an allowance and Dexra charges the plan price once per period, never more than the allowance. You can turn autopay off in the cabinet and revoke the allowance in your wallet at any time.
- Unused daily credits do not carry over to the next day.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular response time or that every data source answers. Scheduled and emergency maintenance can interrupt it.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Dexra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or trading losses, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced by email to account holders. You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted at support@dexra.dev.
