Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your email, a hash of your password (never the password), and your Google account id if you sign in with Google.
• Payments: the wallet addresses and transaction signatures of payments, which are public on Solana anyway, and the plan they paid for.
• Usage: daily credit counts and a log of each paid call made with your key or cabinet: the tool, its arguments (addresses and options), the key prefix, status, time, credits and the answer's verdict and summary. The full answer is not stored. The log is kept for 90 days.
• Watches: what you watch, the webhook address you give and the last state we compared against.
• Technical: server logs with request paths and errors, kept for operating the service. IP addresses are used in memory for rate limits and are not stored with your account.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, do not show ads and do not use third-party analytics cookies in the cabinet. The cabinet keeps your session token in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

Who else processes data

• Resend sends account emails (confirmation, password reset, receipts).
• Google confirms your identity when you choose Google sign-in.
• Solana RPC providers receive the addresses Dexra reads to answer a call.
• Your webhook receives watch notifications at the address you set.

Your choices

You can see your calls and payments in the cabinet, revoke keys, delete watches and change your password. To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, write to support@dexra.dev; we answer within 30 days. Payments on chain cannot be erased by anyone.
