No refunds

Dexra does not refund payments. Plans and single calls are paid in USDC on Solana, and a payment is final once it is confirmed on chain. Turning autopay off stops the next charge; the period already paid runs to its end.

Before you pay

• Try first. Free and the trial need no payment, so you can test the tools on your own agent before you buy.
• Switching plans converts the unused part of the current period into days of the new plan automatically, so nothing paid is lost.

What is never charged

• A call paid with x402 is charged only when it is answered: if it fails with an error, the payment is not settled and nothing leaves your wallet.
• Calls that fail with a server error or rejected arguments give their credits back automatically.

If something about a payment looks wrong, write to support@dexra.dev with the transaction signature.
